Internship
25 Under 25 Booklet
Created booklet for the 25 Under 25
Utilized InDesign skills to create 40 page program booklet, solely designing and writing the majority of content in the program.
Reached out to over 300 past honorees (including myself!) and wrote blurbs on personal and career updates. ​​
Redesigned booklet to include LinkedIn, assisting honorees in networking through the program.
Ordered 250 booklets for the event, processing orders and communicating what was needed timely and efficiently.

Video Wall Graphics
I strengthened my InDesign Skills by creating graphics for the video wall, highlighting events.
Creates numerous graphics seen by hundreds of students attending classes in the new USF Muma College of Business building.
Email Marketing
One of my major tasks is to write emails to the USF community using Constant Contact. I write emails to thousands of students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and more.
This example highlights one of the emails I've written and the analytics of it.
Writes emails and created content focusing on numerous subjects regarding the school, such as information on events, surveys, and more.
Greatly strengthened Constant Contact skills, since I never used the software before this internship.
Email Graphics
Alongside writing emails, I was also given the task to create email header graphics.
This allowed me to strengthen my InDesign and Photoshop Skills.
Eventbrite Pages
For the events the USF Muma College of Business held, I was given the task to create the Eventbrite pages.
Made graphics for some of the Eventbrite pages.
Written the copy for the event page, highlighting the agenda.
Utilized Eventbrite to measure analytics and retrieve attendee lists to create name tags.
Checked in guests with Eventbrite.

Email Lists
As most of my major tasks focused on email marketing, I was also given the task of compiling email lists, search for emails, and organizing emails through Constant Contact.
Sorted multiple lists, highlighting data collection skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Updated the current lists of students in every business major.
Searched for thousands of emails from the Tampa Bay Business Journal (a compiled email lists of professionals in the area).
Maintained accurate email lists.
Deleted inactive emails still on our lists.
Overall, I created, updated, and maintained the USF Muma College of Business email contacts.
EAC Handout
I assist with the Executive Advisory Council events. This includes helping create the 74 page handout booklet, creating name tags, and communicating to donors and EAC board members. I've created booklets for the September and March council meetings.
I cannot share the whole handout booklet because it is shared internally with the donors and EAC members, but I can share a page which included a public news article.
Learned how to create booklets with inDesign, utilizing the layout to create pages and columns to share articles and information in a professional design.
Written bios on guests for the booklet.
